As a newbie I'm founding the difficult to 50 push-ups at a straight but i was happy to that i was able to archive 50 push-ups in a different sets 25, 25 and i believe with and my level of consistency in this push-ups challenge thread i will surely improve daily.

It has always been like that, it becomes painful and difficult to hit a high number as a beginner. It's 100 push up for a day, yea! But as a begginer, even 50 or as low as 30 or 40 is a great number. Remember the saying, slow and steady wins the race! So, it's okay if you start with 10, 10 per set, or 15 for each round, just as your strength can carry you, with time, your body will adapt to it and you will be hitting 100+ as you progress.. Weldon
