I can't say these odds are fair. PSG are struggling in the Champions League but are doing great in Ligue 1, while City are terrible in all competitions. Plus it's a home game for PSG and they will only play to win to get into the top 24. Apparently there is value in betting on PSG, options such as BTTS and total over also make sense.
This is a fair chance in betting this match, where PSG is good in Legue 1 but not for the Champion League this is a little different from their domestic league.
While Man City is indeed bad in all competitions only yesterday won it could be their motivation to fight PSG later as away but not necessarily the expected results.
I think PSG will continue to fight to win, if they lose or draw then there is no chance anymore.
