Please have anyone experience this ?

So I won the contest on monkeytilt on game and rounds and was pm to drop my Bitcoin address of monkeytilt casino account of which I did that day when I receive the PM from the manager and the payment was sent today by icopress to the Bitcoin address of which I have checked the transaction hash and it has already been confirmed on network but no funds on my monkeytilt account.

And again when I did my review on monkeytilt, I specifically wrote about this issue and for them to address it but it seems the casino wants to use this means of generating a new address everytime to really cause a lot of gamblers pain because it's really annoying to be generating random Bitcoin address every fucking time, I mean what casino does this.
