You will reach platinum 2 rank with $1 million wager. The total rank up bonus amount will be $1960 if you start from the beginning. While they have offered you $1750 for $1 million wager

It is not simply $1750 for wagering $1m. After wagering $1m, you would get (estimates) +$1,960, + rakebacks, weeklies, monthlies, leaderboards, additional VIP bonuses (deposit matches, lossbacks), promotions, etc etc.
The target is based off 10% of the total wager required for the rank, whilst earning a lot more than 10% of the reward, with the ability to earn all level up rewards starting from $0 wager, incluiding earning the boosted rank reward again ($7,000) when reaching the total wager requirement for this rank.
