As far as I know, eXch is legally registered in Belize, but that didn't stop the US from sending them this request. So it seems that the US has no problem going beyond their borders to try to impose what they want to impose.

You're a funny guy. Are you "worried" that things will go wrong for eXch, and therefore lose the profits you make by stealing their users? Because you do make at least part of your income impersonating eXch, right?

There's a link to eXch on the page. But... as you can see in the bottom left of my screenshot, this link leads to a well-known phishing copy of eXch: “exch[dot]cash”.. There's also another phishing copy of eXch's .onion domain referenced on this same site.
You can now easily guess the level of credibility you have here when you give your opinion on anyone.
