Like icopress told, contact their support and they will solve that quickly. When I first time won in prediction, I also had confirmed transaction and the amount did not appear on my balance. It took me about 10 minutes from contacting support and money be on my balance. When I won in prediction second time, funds appeared without any issue.
There are maybe something missing in communication between different teams and a responsible team for reward distribution was not received necessary information of winners, so that they did not distribute it to some missing winners.
When they got the information, distribution was proceeded very quickly. Your second won reward distribution was proceeded fastly not because it's your second win. It perhaps because information flow was not missed about your case, that is different with your first win with a little bit of waiting time.

Just keep checking your monkeytilt account and support. It may take a while but you will get your money.
