@Charles-Tim initiative makes sense and it would be njcie to be able to see that, but as we know it almost certainly won't be aapproved. 
Maybe you forgot that the Report History Page is only available if a user has 300+ reports. Less than that, it is disabled.
I think that I read somewhere that 300 reports requirement has been lowered and now you need like few dozens of reports (or something like that) in order to get report history. If you ask me, report requirement should be removed alltogether, esepcially now when not many people care to report spam on the regular basis.
