Such a feature is already in place. Just click on this link and a list of your recent reports will open.
Maybe you forgot that the Report History Page is only available if a user has 300+ reports. Less than that, it is disabled.I was about to ask the same question.

Even if someone makes 300+ reports, do all the reports stay in the history, starting from the first report, or are only the reports mentioned in the history starting from the 301st?
Do these reports have a visibility decay time, or are the details of every report made visible, even after years?
