While Como may not look amazing, it's a rich club, owned by rich people, and I feel as if we are talking about a situation where they are spending enough money to stay in the league and not go down again. They are doing fine so far, and they do win some games.
Sure Udinese isn't a bad team, but Como isn't a bad team neither, 13th isn't a bad place for a team that just got promoted, and they are looking strong enough that if they put more on top of this like that for a few seasons then they could end up with a much better result without a doubt. I believe that we are going to see Como be in the top 10 this season, and then fight for a UEFA place next season, that is the trajectory they are on unless they make a mistake.
Como is owned by one of the richest people in my country. And their wealth is truly extraordinary. So if they intend to make this team have more expensive players then they can actually do that without any problems in their finances. For now, Como may not be spending as much money as other big teams in Serie A. But I am sure that if Como manages to stay in Serie A this season, this team will start buying more expensive players in the transfer market next summer. And will make much better preparations to try to make their rankings rise higher. The owner of Como is a great businessman and he knows when to invest more. And yes, next season is a more appropriate time if Como is successful this season.
I might not be sure if Como will make the top 10 or not. But what is certain is that I am quite sure that Como will continue to avoid the relegation zone well. And I am amazed by Cesc Fabregas who seems to be very reliable to maximize the potential of every player this team has.
