the level of joblessness In The Countries is becoming very bad
<cut>

You need to be a little more specific, in which countries?  In many European countries it's actually the other way around. The unemployment rate is at an all-time low, and a major problem for companies is the lack of qualified labor.
I am more comfortable calling it the increasing competency of the workforce needed but the existing resources are not like that, now digitalization in many sectors is no longer a public secret that the demand for competent and competitive workers by following the civilization of the times is very much needed so that the feasibility is indeed questionable.

Meanwhile, he did not state in detail geographically to state that, although it sounds like a piece of unfinished advice.

Yeah right, the level of competition in terms of having that kind of job is very demanding there are online and offline venues where you can perform whatever skills that you acquire, you can always take your chances as the needed workforce are just around if you know well what skills you can offer, though it's a tough competition but you have that capabilities and you know that you can do better you always have a good place to work.

Not everyone have that opportunities and like what OP mentioned, acquire skills to improve your chance meeting what's needed to land yourself a deserving job.
