After some disappointed matches, this win can help Chelsea returning to its right track, for competing top four of Premier League with some other clubs. With same 22 played matches, the competition for top four includes many clubs from Arsenal, Nottingham Forest, Chelsea, Manchester City, Newcastle United, Bournemouth and Aston Villa.
We can see from Aston Villa at 8th position, it's only 4 points less than Chelsea at the fourth position, and 8 points less than Arsenal and Nottingham Forest at second and third positions. Many changes will happen with these clubs from second to eight positions in next weeks.
I don't think there will be any changes in the top 3 anytime soon for the clubs in 8th position as the 8 point gap is quite big. Newcastle, Bournemouth and Man City will have to be consistent in winning if they want to catch up and maybe compete for the top 4 position meanwhile Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have been doing well and consistently so far but are quite close to Chelsea so I think Chelsea still have a chance to overtake those 2 clubs by winning just 2 games but with the condition that Arsenal and Nottingham Forest have to drop points in 2 games.
