And, please do a favor to this whole "project," if you can manage, and don't end up deleting all of us from the daily pushup table... ok? Is that possible?
Waiting for @DirtyKeyboard's answer, if it can be done, it would be very good. And if he cannot do it alone, we will help him. Doing a job alone is very difficult and takes time, if he wants, we can help him. Let's wait for his answer and see what he says.
It seems that there is almost no task that is beyond the capabilities of @DirtyKeyboard
(and his scriptenings)..
That's why I mentioned it
, in passing.
Thank you for the vote of confidence, but what can I do?
What are we trying to do?

I could slice out anyone deemed a fake pushup posting duplicate. But by whose standard?
That was where the vote came in. We could have a pushup trial by Discord, if anyone disagreed.
These fakers are doing this for posts and merits, probably?
We could require 10 reports to make it on the table with the pushups still counting for the team before then.
Maybe PM the table to only active pushers on the floor?
my real report: [edited out]DirtyKeyboard,344,35553,2025-01-21
Of course, I was employing a wee bit of artistic exaggeration - and.. yeah, no one really likes the fakers - even though we have not been proclaiming to be able to verify anyone beyond the honor system, yet sometimes the faketies become a wee bit obvious to some folks who look for some tell-tale signs.. and I would not even proclaim to know any remedy beyond merely attempts at shaming them, yet it might not be worth it to remove names from the tables, unless some of them might be willing to request their name removed based on an admission of fakety...and yeah, not easy to be judge, jury and/or executioner, even though I was attributing some of those abilities to you (and perhaps your abilities in scriptenings).
The voting reminded me of the expression of two wolves and a lamb voting in regards to what would be for lunch.. but yeah, maybe I couldn't help my imagination in that direction... and sure we have the price still sustaining itself in supra-$100k arenas in spite of allegations (and even some decent evidence) of some fakers...Oh and by the way, a discontinuation of the fakers in their submitting pushup reports would be good enough for me, since I am not that excited about any compelling need to wipe out past reports absent either an admission of the member or maybe some unambiguously clear evidence, and surely I had even suspected some members of submitting fake information, yet I had not considered any kind of urgency in needing to not allow their reports.. even though I had previously mentioned some standards in regards to averaging at least 10 pushups per day, yet overall if we are not really meriting the reports, then there might be less of an incentive to post the false reports.
Even though you mentioned post count (which had also been mentioned of a concern of some others about faketies in this thread), it seems to me that
signature campaign managers are responsible to police their members more than any responsibility that any of us in this thread would have to figure out whether some signature manager has little to no standards in allowing largely non-substantive post counts. I would think that most of the signature campaign managers at least browse over the posting behaviors of their members to figure out if they will pay for the posts or not or count the posts towards their minimum requirements .. that seems minimum, and seems to be the responsibility of signature managers to figure out the post quality of their members.
Thanks for that. That does help my concerns with being too... how did you put it? Oh yeah
Apparently, once you started and reported in-for-duty, DirtyKeyboard won't let you quit.
He's too inclusive (or might we describe it as "tolerant." #justsaying.
You'll see...
Am new in the forum ,hope am welcome to join the push-up challenge.
You are very welcome to join the challenge. There was a slight mistake with your first report though, so I did a bit of proactive measures.
