The major point is to buy once the money is available, and you may decide to buy aggressively during a dip if you have the financial leverage to do so, but if you don't have the financial leverage to buy aggressively during a dip, it would be better you just respect yourself and keep to your level of buying only when the funds is available, so that you wouldn't have to be in any tight Conner that may compel you to consider tempering with your holdings, so in my own opinion buying the dip is very good, but waiting for it is what is bad, because that dip you are actually waiting for may never come again, and in the process you may miss a whole lot of buying opportunities that may have been utilize in increasing your stash of Bitcoin, so it's very important to buy Bitcoin once the funds is available, but if their is a serious dip in the market, you can equally buy aggressively only if you have the financial leverage to do so.
