What would help a lot here is if the OP could post any screenshots where his interactions with the BC Game support took place. Keeping that aside, we are talking about a sum of $80,000 therefore the sooner the matter gets resolved the better it will be for both parties.
From what it looks like BC Game should be updating their side of the story on CasinoGuru soon because they have been asked to respond to the allegation. Only then will it be known if there is more to the story than the OP mentioned.

But they are not some screenshots speaking with support. One showing 80k in vault, one showing withdrawals still suspended. Unfortunately I cant find SS speaking with their support. I never felt like their support are a human tbf. It is always felt like bunch of bot replies and BS slightly modified by a human maybe depending on what you say, but they never were a straight to the point, it is always BS. And VIP host speaks in a nice way but always beating around the bush and fake promises. Email they dont reply... you can see its been more than 2 weeks since I opened the casino guru case. Still they didnt reply, I don't think they ever will tbh. My last hope is bitcointalk because I trust the community here.
