If you earn enough to pay back 4 times the average salary, you're rich in your country. In that case you wouldn't need a loan. But ask for it anyway, which brings us to the obvious: you have no plans to pay it back.It's an obvious scam. Even a first grade government employee doesn't earn that much here. He can basically start his own startup with that kind of money or go on a foreign trip!
On average, court marriage would cost around 10k BDT (since his family disapproves, there aren't going to be any marriage ceremony costs).
3 months of rent + food for 2 person around (18k BDT + 20 BDT) roughly. So total living expenses for 3 months comes to 48k BDT or 390 USD, give or take.
Maybe he has higher standards than the average folks here.
