Or, this was just planned and decided all of a sudden and that's why there is no coordination that even in the first place it was unplanned. There are many things to consider on their end since it is their government's money that will be invested into it and not just someone's money that they'll take. So, to avoid scrutiny, they need to decide very well and have it transparent so that people will know how they'd do it and they even publicized it in the news so this is still a good step just as I have said as a welcoming development.
Every decision that is taken must be based on mature consideration because it is impossible for them to decide something based on the consideration of one or two people. It is impossible for something like this to be decided suddenly because the involvement that they will do will definitely have an impact so it needs approval for the decision. My assumption is that Germany is starting to open up to the development of bitcoin and they are starting to see a big opportunity that can be utilized to improve the quality of the country's economy and the bitcoin reserve in question can create certainty regarding the preservation of value.
Maybe we need to wait and eventually there will be a conclusion to the decision they have planned and maybe it is a good sign because the more governments that start to be open to the bitcoin journey, the better the development will be later and hopefully this is a big step that they want to take.
