I think much really better not to use any tools that can possibly trigger that since there's huge chance that they would ask KYC if they find something strange activity happening on your account.

We se this on other casino to and better for people to follow all the rules so that they will never get any problems with them.
If they allow users to use tools like gambling bots, it is not logical if they simply accuse against their users by bot usage.

They must need more indicators to trigger an investigation on one account, like suspicious activities, possible cheating, and can not use bot usage as the only one or main reason of cheating accusation on their platform. Because you are experienced, I believe you know that in many scam accusations from community, later were proven as invalid scam accusations, because casinos provide more information and shown that those users actually had bad and intolerable activities.

How high is the probability of accusations vs. casinos in BitcoinTalk are true?

I don't know though, as there really gamblers who uses gambling bots here? I mean it is really that easy for them to get their hands on this kind of bots? I know that someone can really developed it for themselves and even without coding experience, they might made one. However, my question is are they willing to spend time on that instead of just using their experience like in sports betting?

And for sure they will know the consequences of it as it could trigger the fraud department of a casino that something is not right on this account or something has chance in his betting pattern that he could be "cheating". So burden is still with casinos, to be able to find this supposedly individuals. But if ever I have the abilities to develop such bot, I will not do it, IMHO.
