I am pretty sure that Faketoshi is a sort of fugitive from the law, yet it is a bit unclear  if anyone is trying to take him into custody, since he did appear by video for his contempt sentencing (was that over a month ago, now?)..so I suppose an update would be good even though he seems to be quite coy about his location, and my own suspicion is that Faketeyotoshi would have had been taken into custody for his contempt sentencing if he would have had cooperated enough to have had physically shown up rather than hiding and coming up with various phoney-baloney excuses in regards to his inabilities (or more likely unwillingness) to physically appear.
