The only way that it will proceed is if you've selected "BIP39 seed" in the seed type drop-down menu but that'll derive the wrong addresses.
I selected BIP39 option and it was able to activate next for me. The first option can not allow me go to next. But the problem now is that am not able to proceed further. I watched a YouTube video on how to do it. I got to the point where I was supposed to write in description of what I want to do and could only succeed doing it on Receive but not on Send.
Like I've said in the quote, that wont derive the correct addresses.
That process uses a different algorithm to derive the master private key from the mnemonic, that will result with a wallet with entirely different private keys, so as addresses.
(not to mention, it's a single-sig wallet)

I didn't include a guide because a link of it was posted by others already.

But based from your reply, a step-by-step guide might be needed, here's how to:
  • 1. Open your mobile Electrum wallet app and type your password.
  • 2. Click in the currently loaded Wallet's name at the upper-left, then tap "Other wallets".
  • 3. Tap "+ Create Wallet" below, that'll bring you to the New Wallet menu, type your preferred wallet name e.g.: '2fa_disabled' then tap "NEXT".
  • 4. Select "Wallet with two-factor authentication", tap "NEXT"; re-read the notes then tap "NEXT".
  • 5. Tick "I already have a seed", tap "NEXT"; and type your 2fa seed phrase (after completing the seed, you should see "2fa_segwit" below it) then tap "NEXT".
  • 6. This is the most important part, tick "Disable" before tapping "NEXT".
  • 7. Finish Creating the wallet and it should let you spend without asking for 2fa authentication.
  • 8. Recommended but not mandatory: Create a new standard wallet with a new seed (do not use your 2fa seed) and send all of your bitcoins there.
That'll save you a few satoshi per bytes in your transactions.
