bip39 option is for seeds generated by other wallet software not electrum. it should lead to an empty wallet in your case.
According to the YouTube video I watched with the link in my above post, it said it would lead to an empty wallet and it did. But my confusion is how to move it to the new empty wallet because in that video the youtuber said it could be moved. I got confused moving it. That is why am asking again if anybody understood the video better than I do.
No you can't move funds from the 2fa wallet to this wallet. You're barking up the wrong tree.
You need to restore the wallet as a 2fa wallet and not a standard wallet nor a bip39 one. To do this go to file >new/restore and enter a unique filename for your new wallet file. Then select "wallet with two factor authentication" > "I already have a seed". Enter your seed and in the subsequent steps you will be asked whether you want to enable or disable 2fa. Choose to disable it.
This worked out. And it made it look very very easy. Thank you for your help, and thank you to everyone who assisted me. I have withdrawn it with less than $1. This forum is full of people of great knowledge and who are also willing to help.
