After seeing Manchester City's performance at the champions league this evening, I begin to have some doubts in their abilities to be able to possibly win this game, if we do a quick look back at last season's performance against Chelsea, you will agree with me that Chelsea was at their worse and City at their best yet Chelsea didn't loose to City and now the reverse is the case, I'm not expecting any less, maybe a magic may save the day but currently it doesn't look like City have got the magician and as for the blues they have their confidence at it's peak currently with slight inconsistencies, so let's see how it balances out
I understand your frustration, i feel the same way you do. Very disappointed to see Manchester City performance this season, the fragile defense makes it vulnerable to conceding to a goal, when Manchester City against PSG i thought they would win this match because Pep Guardiola men made an early lead, this made them more confident, but apparently i was wrong, PSG did not just give up, they continued to attack taking advantage of the defense gap to produce 4 goals until the game ended.
I think Manchester city would play well against Chelsea but I knew from the onset that with the way they perform they wouldn't be able to withstand psg, it's obvious to everyone that psg is a much better form than them, this isn't the man city I know. Like I said few days ago, this is probably their worst season ever. After leading with two goals first they ended up losing the match. I hope they win the match against Chelsea but sometimes I doubt if they will, but they are in a better form than the blues. Kudos to psg they have won their last 5 matches, their performance has been outstanding, I wish man city would do the same.
