1 problem with this though. Having deposited and lost half a million and wagered over 25 million I guess it’s fair to assume that OP already made several sizable withdrawals in the site. But with those never any problem came up?
That is of course a good point, yes.
But to do so, you would need to know whether OP has actually already made several payouts on such a scale. It would also be necessary to check whether the BC.Game internal verification rules were triggered or whether the accusation of multiaccounting only arose after these payouts.
Unfortunately, this is all information that we will (most likely) not receive here, so it remains pure speculation at the moment.
