Mohamed Salah's contribution to Liverpool has always been high and he has performed well for Liverpool for as long as he has been playing for Liverpool. Other players have injury problems but we haven't seen much of Salah's injury problems and he has been effective for the club most of the time. This season because of Md Salah's great performance, Liverpool is doing great in Premier League and Champions League, but Liverpool will sell Md Salah this season.
Mohamed Salah has very strong body and with his speed, it is very easy to get injuries or even serious injuries. Perhaps his clever playing style is helpful for him in proactive avoiding tackles of opponent defenders and this is another contributor for his litle injuries so far. By avoiding injuries and having more appearances, he has more contributions for Liverpool especially he usually plays well when he is on the pitch.
If this news is true then I would say selling Md Salah at this moment would not be good for their club at all. If it was the case that Mohamed Salah is not performing as well as before or he is injured then maybe Liverpool could decide to sell him. But at the moment, no matter who sells him and replaces him, he will certainly not be as effective as Mohamed Salah.
He is still very useful for Liverpool in this season but he is no longer young and by each next season, he will become older and more sensitive with injuries. Liverpool hesitate to sign a new contract, as requested by Salah it should be a long term contract, because of their fear about his potential injuries as well as decreasing performances when he gets older.
