Recommended but not mandatory: Create a new standard wallet with a new seed (do not use your 2fa seed) and send all of your bitcoins there.
That'll save you a few satoshi per virtual bytes in your transactions.
Restore that 2FA wallet, but disable 2FA, and sending bitcoin in it to a new wallet (standard wallet, no 2FA) created by Electrum wallet software is one option.
Another option is creating a new standard wallet, then sweeping private keys of that 2FA-disabled wallet to a new wallet.
