If it wasn't Pep Guardiola, he would definitely have been fired, and I don't think Guardiola would leave Man City in such a tattered state because it would not only hurt his pride, but it would also tarnish the good name he has worked for.

No one expected that Man City would be ranked 25th in the Champions League standings, but they still have a way to qualify, where they must win their last match against Club Brugge. Man City should have won because they had the advantage of playing at home, but they cannot afford to be careless because Brugge will certainly play to the death for their points advantage over Man City. A draw would knock Man City out of the Champions League.
This is a very bad result for the City, up to 53 minutes it seemed that they completely control this match and for PSG in the Champions League everything would turn out badly, but then the City defense simply crumbled.

I did not expect such a defeat from the City, but apparently they were irregularly from the crisis, and now they have changed with PSG places, and in the last match with Bruges they only need victory and this still does not guarantee them a place in the playoff. On the other hand, it may be for the better, with such a game they are unlikely to achieve anything.
