I'm not saying Kyle Walker is not a good player, we can't forget the good performance he had in England when he was in the good form and he was definitely one of the best players for his team but time after time he got older and now this Kyle Walker is not having good performance recently even Manchester City won't need this 24-year-old player anymore.
Maybe now AC Milan just wants to hire Kyle Walker to bench otherwise this player can't be a good option for a team like AC Milan especially when we know AC Milan is trying to get the team to improve and get closer to the top of the Serie A table.

Kyle Walker is Manchester City and England's main central back and he is an excellent defender. Many big strikers have been blocked by this central back but we are not seeing the same performances from this central back. No matter where Manchester City play in the Premier League or the Champions League, we always see them getting beaten badly. Manchester City's performance in every match clearly shows that Manchester City's defense has considerable weaknesses. It has been heard for a long time that Kyle Walker wants to leave Manchester City and move to another club, but no exact information is known about this until now. If Kyle Walker signs a contract with another club in the next transfer season, then who will play the role of Manchester City's main central back remains a big question.
I think you're getting it all wrong mate, it's true that Kyle Walker is an England and Manchester United defender but he's not a central back, he's a right back and even though he leaves Manchester City, they still have Rúben Dias, Manuel Akanji, John stones and Nathan Ake to play the central back defense for Manchester City and even for the right back position, Manchester City have a good replacement in person of Rico Lewis that's fast developing into a versatile player in the squad so Walker's departure is not going to be a big deal, he's even 34 years old which means that he's needed to the replaced for a younger talent to take over that position. Well, I'm aware that AC Milan have been interested in signing him since the transfer window opened I don't know if they've started a negotiation process or how far they've gone with it but in a case where he leaves to the other side, I don't see any problem with City's defense since Lewis can play his role comfortably.
