Personally, I’d be thrilled with a 5-10x overall gain, though I do have a few altcoins I’m planning to hold longer, aiming for the possibility of a 30x or even more.

Personally, I'd sell alts once I get 2x - 3x a return on my investment. It's best to buy lots of top-ranked altcoins during bearish periods. Once the hype gains steam (bull market), you'll be able to sell for a profit. Rinse and repeat. Other than serving as experimental networks to test the Blockchain's capabilities/limitations, altcoins have no real use cases.

Bitcoin is and will always be the King. Even Ethereum turned into a "shitcoin" after switching to centralized PoS. For making money, altcoins do wonders. But for long-term stability/wealth preservation, they're terrible. Just do your own research to see what I mean... Cheesy

Thats the most important thing here is to set target profits and sell out immediately secure it out but this will be that situational because there are coins or projects on which it is really that worth to hold for long time but of course it wont really be that an assurance that it will be giving out potential profits but of course it will be that not still sure because we do know that not all solid projects will really be flying out its price specially on bull market period. So it will be that situational into this aspect because on the moment that you will be holding into something but still it wont be giving out that guarantee that you can make money or profits on which i have said that not all will be pumping up.

Selling out your altcoin holdings will really be that up to you whether you will be holding it for long term or selling out on every cycle bull market or would be selling out for a few months or would be selling out some small gain % on which you will be neither be securing it out or not. So it will be situation basing up into someones preference and liking on how much they do really want because not all will be sharing up on the same target because there are ones who do really want to have that short term period.If you are that not liking on having that short term period then this is where people will be starting on holding up their position for long years.
