Can someone recap what happened in short? Thanks

If I had to guess the method I'd bet it has something to do with a faucet of some kind. Why would you need 30 minutes per day and it's "not appreciated"? I bet the "secret" method can be switched off at some point and then the "secret" becomes worthless.
