Dortmund's performance is really bad to be sincere. At this stage of the season, they shouldn’t be bad this way. I expected Dortmund to be one of the teams that will be at the top of the season, but up until now there have been no changes that look like they are going to be better this season. Although I don’t really know the main problem Dortmund is facing at this point, is it from the coach or from the players?
We can’t say for sure about that, they’ve already sacked their coach and don’t have any now. If the interim coach is able to do better with this squad, then we can blame the past poor performance on their former coach and if the situation is still the same, then we can conclude that the problem is from the players and they need to visit the transfer market to strengthen their squad again. I am sure they will get a good coach to replace Nuri Sahin, so his managerial skills won’t be doubted that much, so if the team doesn’t do well, they are likely going to end up poor this season.
It's kind of something difficult for me to know, but since they have already decided to fire Nuri Suhin as their manager, maybe we will see positive changes if they hire a new manager. Although I know that it takes a long while before a new manager will be able to change a team's performance as everybody is expecting it, so I feel like Dortmund already messed up this season till next season again.
Let us not make early conclusions yet and see what the new coach will do for the team when they hire one soon. Nuri Sahin was sacked at a time that the season is not too close to been over, so they still have some ample time to put themselves together and get to finish this season in a good position. I am not doubting their capabilities if they are able to get a new coach that will bring them back on track soon.
