Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme. You must wait a long time to succeed from Bitcoin. If you ask Bitcoin to give you quick profits like Altcoins, then you will be wrong. Because Altcoins are like gambling. It is absolutely impossible to say when it will happen. You may win from Altcoins at some point but your money is at risk. Here the chances of losing your money are higher. In the long run, it may not give you a big benefit or you may lose everything.

But the chances of you losing from Bitcoin in the long run are very low. I think Bitcoin is the only digital currency from which the chances of getting profit are very high for long-term investment. All types of investments have risks but it is less or more. It is better to invest in Bitcoin than to face the risk of losing money by investing in other digital currencies in the long run. The chances of losing are slightly lower here.
I don't think I will ever consider Bitcoin to be a risky investment because long-term investors never lose money. Those who seem to have lost money on Bitcoin investments are those who made short-term investments, and you can never see someone who is an expert in Bitcoin investing make short-term investments. These people are either ignorant about Bitcoin investing or think it's an easy way to make money.

Don't be too carried away about Bitcoin gains to say you don't consider Bitcoin a risk investment forgetting that Bitcoin is still a volatile asset, and note that there's no business without a risk, there are other risk factors associated with investment aside from the fact that historically the price always goes up overtime, and Therefore,  you can't say for sure or for 100% volatile that Bitcoin price would ever continue to go up, all we do is anticipation, and regardless of how everyone is optimistic about Bitcoin futuristic price increase because of the way it was programmed for the supply to get reduced overtime which will drive demand and thus the price up.

Of course there is a risk in any thing in this life and in a business you either gain or you lose but aside the volatile nature of Bitcoin, can you point out another means of losing money as a long time investor because I will like to know so that as someone who has been doing some crazy stuff with Bitcoin for 2 years now I will unlearn somethings and relearn from your experience. I'm not holding to sell today or tomorrow and I don't think there's a way thr price of Bitcoin will go to zero if that doesn't happen in 5- 10 years and the price of Bitcoin keeps going up why then do people say investing for a long term doesn't guarantee making profit in Bitcoin because from the little bull we experience last year where the price of Bitcoin hits 110k and above, do a proper calculation and come up with the profit of those who started holding Bitcoin since 2019 till date I believe you will come up with a proper analysis to back up your claim.
