I hope everything is resolved this time, if you are telling the truth, then i understand the position you are in currently, it can be frustrating winning on a casino and then going through KYC upon KYC just to claim your winnings. Well goodluck if you are telling the truth and being honest that all of your documents are real and nor forged as they claim, though i think they had to provide more info on why they dismissed the documents as forged.
