How long does it take to become a blockchain developer with no experience if you sit and study 6 hours a day? How hard is it to find a job and what is better to choose rust or solidity?

I'm an IT graduate but I'm not a blockchain developer, I have a lot of friends who go through blockchain development, they have already started a company on their own, that involves blockchain-related project,s etc. And I would say that they are pretty successful in the field, If you are planning to become a blockchain developer from scratch, let's just say just a developer or a programmer, what you actually need to know is programming, so if you going to give 6 hours per day on learning programming, I would say 3 months you could easily start to learn the basic and probably you could easily apply for an entry job with a low salary a lot of company are gonna accept you if you are willing to learn, actually company might apply you to course to teach you programming. And 6-12 months would be the average for you to have a solid foundation in programming.

It's pretty easy if you are just going to base that on time, imagine you could be a professional with just a year, but it's gonna be difficult to have that kind of consistency in doing something if you dont really have the passion or love for what you are doing, once you hit the wall its always difficult to be consistent.
