This is quite a tough thing, I rarely see Borussia Dortmund changing their coach in the middle of the season and with a very disappointing performance. Borussia Dortmund also should not be reckless in appointing a coach who will replace Sahin, because if they choose the wrong one then maybe they will be even worse. It is not easy actually when you have to be with a new coach in the middle of the season, because in terms of preparation, it will definitely be shorter and that is also a challenge. We can see Bayern Munich when they changed coaches at the end of the season, yes they couldn't do anything in the Champions League. It is a tough decision to make but I won't blame the management of Dortmund for their decision. After taking charge as coach of Borussia Dortmund Nuri Şahin has never been able to keep stability in team due to their poor run currently they are at 10th spot in Bundesliga in last 9 games in all competitions they secure one win three draws and five defeats which is the main cause of this sack and this is not bad at all.
Borussia Dortmund was second-best team in Bundesliga but sadly in last 18 months things have never been on stable level, and they were badly going down in last season they ended on fifth while now their spot is gone down and most chances things will be not favourable for them to have spot into top four.
Now as media reports are coming Eric Ten Hag can overtake this spot but nothing is official as now assist coach is going to have control and few days will be gone under him after this official announcement will be delivered about more updates.
