I was thinking about this, Inflation is quickly increasing the cost of many commodities in the market and with the many things to buy in the market most families are finding it difficult to get all the things they require to keep their family at home running smoothly. How about manufacturing companies start thinking about making products that do not just have one use case or solve one problem? In some places there are already people who are making sure that they find other uses for commodities that they purchase in the market for instance using washing soap meant for dishes for home cleaning as well. what if this becomes official to help families save cost, manufacturing items with multipurpose.
Will you purchase items with multipurpose?
I would purchase a product that has a multipurpose and can solve a lot of problems. But you know what's hard with the reality of these kinds of products? They'll be bought by the oligarchs and greedy competitors so that they'll buy all the rights and the patents and the business itself.
At the end of the day, it's all about the money still. Even if with good purpose but due to the needs, the inventors of it will have no choice but to accept any good offers being pitched to them to sell the products and all the rights.
While it's up to the rich oligarch that will buy it whether they'll continue to develop it or not or mostly, they put the business and product itself out of business because it's a big threat to the actual product they compete.
