How long does it take to become a blockchain developer with no experience if you sit and study 6 hours a day? How hard is it to find a job and what is better to choose rust or solidity?
Background is important as this user said:
It depends on your background, but with 6 hours a day, you could gain a solid foundation in 6-12 months. Start with Solidity for smart contracts (popular in Ethereum) and learn Rust if you're interested in Solana or Polkadot. Job opportunities are growing, but focus on building projects to showcase your skills
though it also depends on your mind. Some people can apply themselves and get good at coding, others might not. One thing is for sure, it takes time and persistence. It's not childs play (unless you have a background in an advanced form of programming and this kind of thing already comes to you based on your skill-set/naturally in some way).
I've seen some platforms offering accelerated training, 12-24 weeks to become a blockchain developer (sometimes sooner). However I would say 6 - 12 months is a reasonable time frame to at least get to a point where you are building applications yourself (maybe a bit longer or building a portfolio before actually getting a job)
