Firing Nuri Sahin was a good decision, now the question is who are they going to get instead of him. Because at this stage, there aren't that many greats left at free agency, so they will either get an interim until the end of the season, or they are going to get someone from a good club. If they get an interim, I am not really expecting them to get much better, while I agree Nuri Sahin wasn't that great, we are not dealing with something that could be replaced by an interim and made better neither, that makes no sense to me at all. This is why I believe that it would be smarter if we could see this become a bit more expensive.
What I mean by expensive is that if they could end up with a much better manager, who is already managing a team right now, they would have to pay a good fee, look at United, they paid 10 million to Sporting to get Amorim, maybe Dortmund would get someone cheaper of course, but they should look for someone who is good already.
Firing Nuri Sahin is the best decision for Dortmund because it looks like the man is out of energy to coach the team, he is still a young manager but I think his stubbornness is also affecting him and from the look of things the players also don't like him, last season that Dortmund is having a good season he used to play good players that help the team but this season it looks like he prefers using new players than the old ones although changing a team squad with new players is not bad but at least he have to make do something to make the players adapt, last season Adeyemi was one of the best players in Dortmund but this season he doesn't have a minute like he has before and his performance change, I don't think Adeyemi will have score 10 goals this season.
Dortmund needs a coach who can bring out a good performance of the players, Dortmund has many young players that many teams are praying to have but they don't have a good coach, I think this is one the worst performances Dortmund we seen this season, Dortmund is in 10 positions in the league table this season and it doesn't make sense because the position shows that Dortmund will not qualify to next round champion league.
