For the newbies in the forum not to be easily scammed by scammers, the forum doesn't have any official email that you could use to send a private message to the administrators of the forum so that scammers will not impersonate the email and use the email to scam newbies in the forum. Since there's no official email for the forum, if you think your problem can possibly be solved in this forum, I guess you can create a thread and tell us your problem. There are a lot of forum members who are knowledgeable enough, and they are willing to help you with a solution to your problem, but if you think your problem cannot be shared publicly, you can send PMs to the forum officials if you can get a solution to your problem.
