The code he'll send you is a malicious code that contains an obfuscated PowerShell command that executes an encoded PowerShell script that executes on the system using rundll32.exe

This is absurd.
If this is the only thing that you will post to address the accusation, then the tag is correct and you are trying to scam people with your code. You assume that you will not get exposed for posting your malicious code, and by doing so you risk getting your account banned.
