This is at a purely conceptual stage, I am not promising anything.

So after the successful conduction of BetFury: Bitcointalk Special Heads-Up Poker Championship 2025. I am proposing a new event, the Mystery Bounty Poker Tournament (MBP). This event will be only for the members of this wonderful forum. Below is the proposed structure of the event, please share your opinions, and if you are interested just post your username and I will include you in the list of interested players. 

1.    Buy-in: $20 ($10+$10), where $10 will be for standard tournament prizes and $10 will be for mystery bounties. (I will not take any amount for conducting and there will be no rake)

2.    This will be a single-day event (should finish under 2.5 hrs) with an increasing blind structure.

3.    You have to earn at least 5 merits (before the event) in order to request participation.

5.    Prize distribution (Standard):
       (1) 1-5 players                -  One places paid (100% of standard prize money)
       (2) 6-10 players             -   Two Places paid (70% and 30% of standard prize money)
       (3) 10-15 players           -   Three Places paid (50%, 30% and 20% of standard prize money)
       (4) 15-20 players           -    Four Places paid (40%, 25%, 20% and 15% of standard prize money)

       Prize distribution (Mystery bounties)
       (I) 1-5 players                -  One mystery bounty (100% of mystery bounty prize money)
       (2) 6-10 players             -   Two mystery bounties (50% each of mystery bounty prize money)
       (3) 10-15 players           -   Three mystery bounties (33.33% each of mystery bounty prize money)
       (4) 15-20 players           -    Four mystery bounties (25% each of the mystery bounty prize money)

4.   You will get a mystery bounty when you knock out someone who has a mystery bounty on their head. Not everyone will have a mystery bounty on their head (that is why it is called mystery ). Process of assigning
       mystery bounty to a particular player is explained by me in the following point.

5.   You won't know if you've won a mystery bounty until the end of the tournament . Let's say 20 players participated. I'll take the hash of four blocks mined immediately after the tournament and use the last two
     numerical digits to assign a mystery bounty to a player from the final standings. To ensure provable fairness, this will be the process:
     If the last two digits form a number between 1 and 20, that number will be used. If that number has already been assigned a mystery bounty, the next consecutive number will be used, and so on. If the last two digits
     form a number greater than 20, the digits will be reversed. If the reversed number has already been assigned a mystery bounty, the next consecutive number will be used, and so on. If the last two digits cannot be
     reversed to form a number between 1 and 20, the two digits will be added together, and the sum will be used. If the sum has already been assigned a mystery bounty, the next consecutive number will be used, and so
     on.

6.   I am looking for no more than 20 players for this event so please post your interest ASAP.

9.  There is no date and time finalized yet but I am thinking of 1st Feb 2025 let me know as this is purely tentative. I will pm each participant regarding preferable time slots and then post the timing.
