All our users who requested assistance with frozen cards have received it. We can either replace this card or refund it.
Yesterday I saw a notification that the service will be interrupted again. Now that notification is gone, does that mean that everything is functional?

What exactly is the process for a frozen card, should I send an email to support to replace it or how?
