I just checked the VIP-program page of my Shuffle account randomly and surprised to see that I have 5 days reload on my account. The reload amount is 2 USDC everyday for the 5 days. However, I was both surprised and disappointed at the same time as I have missed to claim the reload of first two days. Shuffle team hasn't notified me about this reload bonus through any email messages.



The good thing is that Shuffle live support agent has credited the missing amount as a reload in my account. They have given this reload to some specific users. Has anyone else received it?
