I imagine it is a nightmare for EU people because you have to declare everything. I don't know what's in their mind, instead of making things easier, they are making everything extremely hard.

To be honest, it's not a nightmare to declare who you are sending your coins to. I mean, as a process it's not difficult, it literally takes 10 seconds. But, the meaning of this action is what bothers me. It's not the action itself, but the reason behind it and the
not secret result they wish to accomplish.
