You've got a good point as there are factors that's needed to consider in terms of unemployed people within the vicinity aside from not being competitive lack of access or limited availability of position are some of those things that also needed to be considered though just that same thing jn terms of willingness to adopt and be more competitive, the chance always available to those who are seeking on it and not leaning to what is available but to expand and try to exceed to reach their dreams.
True and true. These are factors to look at for a wholistic view of where the issue could be and how better to handle problems that could arise due to unemployment.
Yet again, we have to consider that, there is a Dey of persons in the society who don’t want to work ever. Most of it is largely due to, not knowing where they would fit in, mostly due to their level of education or exposure and the few jobs, skilled job that might seek to train and employ these persons doesn’t always pay much to meet up with the demands of a continually rising economy.
