Re: How do you create good habits and break bad ones, what actually works?

I have proven to have enough self-control to make several big improvements, for example, my diet no longer includes certain junk foods. On the other hand, I still have some bad habits which need to change ASAP. How do you create good habits and break bad ones, what actually works?
Creating good habits is the most healthiest thing that can ever happen to someone, it keeps you stress free, making you look more responsible and presentable.


It is very easy to create good habits than breaking bad once:

Good habits are normally created by often engagements in things that are more reasonable and meaningful, example, reading books, healthy exercises, praying and more.


While on the other hand, bad habits are slightly difficult to stop or get rid off.


These are some examples of bad habits and how it can be stopped .


*smoking : this a very good example of bad habits that can eat you deeply, it kills you gradually if you are not careful.
Some remedy ways of  astaining from it is by shuing gum often, engage in meaning things to keep you busy.

*masturbation: this is another bad and irritating bad habits that can cause you your reputation and respect as a person.
The fuel of what causes maturbation is engaging in pornography(watching blue films), some cases frequent womanizer.
The possible remedy is abstaining  from it, stop watching blues film it will go long way in helping you.
