I 24 oz of water and I did 250 steps along with 48;pushups since i took that sugar test..
I estimate at the absolute worst the birthday meal was 100-150:bad carbs
so lets see how much I dropped the sugar with
water 24 oz
pushups 30
steps 250
time 60 minutes
192 is now 177 after just about an hours time along with 30 pushups 24 oz water and 250 steps.
In another hour I will do 30 more pushups and 120 steps and 24 oz of water and see if I am under 160 or 150.
so 620 pm = 192 did a total of 48 pushups 250 steps
and 719 pm = 177 did a grand total of 78 pushups 310 steps
and 820 pm = ? up to 108 pushups 370 steps
as you can see a small cheat of about 150 carbs is a huge spike and recovery for a diabetic.

A lot of work to get back to normal which is why I give myself very few cheats

That's a nice one and a powerful discovery which can be very beneficial to diabetics.
You will surely pull through as the sugar level is dropping rapidly as a result of your exercises and diets.
