I think there's still a ton of interest in LTC ponzi. But everyone is waiting to see what you do next and how everyone responds.

* restart game at next 24 hour mark
- put ltc back to 120%
- put cap back to 30
- remove 200% at the end
- put clock back to 24 hours
- if less than 25 players within 8 hours

I can follow most of your suggestions except the:
-> Less then 25 players in 8 hours cancel game <-We would have to wait for 8 hours to start payouts... otherwise how can it be canceled and refund people.
I would be glad to to get rid of 200% bonus as it is a liability for us.
Insurance fund is doable... but I have seen ponzies with insurance fund that run out of players as well.
I am also open to selling the game + domain to someone who can run it / promote it better.
It requires alot of promotion and thick skin
