Is there any difference between regular account and italian account here? And what do you mean by 40 satoshi per roll? Is it the faucet amount?

Also, does the account is already KYC verified because this might give a complication later on to the new owner since you can recover the account or the account might be suspended of it was accessed on new IP different to your original IP.
