Anyone can make a token and name it to anything they want. You can make token called SATS or 1000SATS or 4SATS, and list in in somewhere. They have similar names because someone has named them as such

You can tell the difference by looking at the contract. If you don't know how, i am afraid that no one would even know how to look it up for you, because from all i know there could be 100 tokens called SATS in different blockchains. So unless you give contract numbers, or if they are coins, then their explorers and code, i am afraid that no one could help you.
