Your explanations are not so clear, however, like you have been told, avoid this service as it is a scam, i don't know how the $19k you are talking about got in there, but all that is there is just numbers, if you deposit any activation fee, they will take it and ask for more. I also hope you are not shilling for this service, a lot of users come here and do that.
The OP sounds like a typical promoter of the site having the website url in the subject, or just dumb of this idea when it said the platform needs deposit for "activation" as common sense tells it's already a red flag, and tells they legit in trustpilot where fake reviews are rampant. Most users here even the first reply recommends it to avoid them but look his replies.
