You need to be a little more specific, in which countries? In many European countries it's actually the other way around. The unemployment rate is at an all-time low, and a major problem for companies is the lack of qualified labor.
Well it may be better of in many European countries that you're talking about but mainly in some African countries and some others is not easy as you think, and mostly there might be job opportunities but cause of selfish gains and greed to have it all, the leaders or people in position will sell out to people instead of employing hands that are qualified for the job, and this is why most companies in those areas lack a well qualified labour forces. And moreso this is a more reason people in those countries tend to travel to those Europeans countries so they can be able to solve a problem and alongside make something out of it.
